Eric thinks government is all about the Swamp. The SALT deduction ias about leaving some tax base for the large states like California and New York. If Eric could read the Constitution correctly he would discover we are not a central government but a government channel in which the working parts need tax base. Most of our tax battles in the Swamp are really tax base battles between the Swamp and large states.
