Goldman CEO: "Too Arrogant" To Think Crypto Won't Work Out Because It's "Unfamiliar"
Not so ,much that it is unfamiliar, but that it is a generic technology useful in a lot of places, mainly securing wallets, not coins. Make the definition mean, signing and verifying digital codes, include CRC in the mix. Then we have a wider technology that includes consensus algorithms.
The technology has been around for a long time, used in places like Gethub, and securing code is one of the great applications. The 'crypto coin' crowd has distorted the semantics for marketing purposes.
