If I recall, we still have the real violation, the mayor of San Diego was denied the right, by state law, to assembly peaceably, on his own time and discuss legal issues of his own choosing. An actual prohibition of a reserved right by a state legislature. Times like this is why we like Due Process, the state cannot restrict that right.
