A Chinese official said the U.S. should do more to cut its domestic demand for opioids - to then prevent the use of synthetic drug fentanyl.

How could a new user be unaware of the danger?  As young kids they walk into confused parties, in a moment of anxiety, get talked unto a disaster.  Parents need track the environment.
