The ATT inner join

My on line identity is obscure at ATT, it had managed to register and acquire a text summary of itself, then I try to login, online, the key value name is missing a match at login ID.   WHat is my ATT name? Hmm...

They named me that at registeration time, this is an identically cutnpaste from them to me.

They tell me this at login time:

Must not contain the @ symbol.

There have been fewer greater mysteries in nature, I am on it.

Also fails, even as I cutnpast the password. No greater challenge to mankind than to make ATT work. Bearing further evidence, here are the first few lines of text sent my by them:
