Brown approves prevailing wage for charter cities–takes away rights from city governments

Charter cities in California have had any right taken from it, in advance of the Agenda 21 goal of ending cities as anything other than ribbon cutting agencies. Zoning and permits can be controlled by the State of California based on AB 32 and SB 375. Now the wages paid was maintaining, fixing old facilities or building new ones, is no longer controlled by your city—it is controlled by unions, through the State government that it owns.

Are we getting any gestalt here?  Here is a clue. Most of those those federal programs that cost jerry the elder problems are exactly from jerry the younger via the Undemocratic party of America.  Jerry Brownianism is personally responsible for about .1% GDP loss over the past few years.
