Most of the clappers are responsible for bankrupting the state a few years ago. Brown created the whole legacy of unfunded pensions. Steinberg and Perez responsible for twenty years of floundering budgets. All of them, along with Pelosi and the one fifth senators, are the main reason our national debt has boubled in five years. Most of the disasters from DC, from useless light rail, NCLB, and Obamcare derived from this bunch of limited thinkers. Even today, after 30 years of effort, Brown still gets energy regulation screwed up.
