In fact, with the average number of claims being filed in the state each week now nearly at 60,000, we have to note that this is over 15,000 per week higher than the state's average number of claims being filed in the two years preceding the December 2007 recession. So aside from the California's Economic Development Department's incompetence in processing new unemployment insurance claims filed by people who have just lost their jobs, something else is causing California to be enough of a drag on the U.S. economy, where on average, an increasing number of people in the state are losing their jobs each week. Once again, we know. It's a long list. We just thought we'd point out that whatever the state's government officials have been doing for the last year, it's not helping the state's economic situation, which has deteriorated over that time.
Likely the case. Out here in California we cannot constrain the oligarchs and they are busy spending like crazy even as the teachers pensions are falling 5 billion short each year. On top of that, DC now expects California to contribute some 30 billion in new taxes to pay for Obama's 7 trillion dollar borrowing spree.
California debe pagar un extra 30 billones al año para cubrir los 7 trillones en préstamos por Obama. Más pobreza para Califonria cortesía del partido demócrata de Cal.
