Iraq's problem are their allies, the frightened Persians to the east. Get the Persians off their ass and address the real threat, the Saudi Intelligence operations. Instead the cowardly Persians are only capable of saying nasty things about Israel. It seems saying nasty things about Israel does not get Al Qaeda off of anyone's back.
I might also remind the Iraqi government that having huge crowds of recruits hanging out just invites the belt bombings; been that way for five years. Boneheads in Iraq should consider that huge crowds of recruits hanging around is a bad idea.
