Finite decode/encode vs block chain

When I say the branch is imbalanced, and gains.losses taken on the branch, I mean full erasure of the past, up to a point.. Some coins are lost from the banker bot, and moved between bettors.  But when the bet comes in, loss and gains taken and the memory is lost, cash is free floated.

Block chain  has a compression ratio of 1.0 in the sense it remembers everything, the banker bot just remembers the typical values, up to a known  accuracy. The change is because the member banks and bots operate with a known uncertainty, it is all about discovering inside information and monetizing that info. And, demonetizing information that is no longer valid.  The finite window size determines the reserves.  All parties take risk, including the bot.  Hence the emphasis on security, no human can imitate an honest bot.
