Minimum wage and job growth

Investor daily tracks the effect of minimum  wage and entry level job growth.  Their claim is in  these charts.  Is this real or an illusion?   We would like to see where  the minimum  was was not raised.  If this research is valid then California is in  for significant loss of job growth.
