Good luck on that

McConnell Urges Trump to Reconsider Syria, Uninvite Erdogan

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell put the brakes on a move to impose sanctions on Turkey over its incursion into Syria, saying lawmakers need to “think extremely carefully” before using a tool that could push a NATO ally “into the arms of the Russians.”
McConnell said on the Senate floor Tuesday that he and several other Republicans are introducing a resolution that calls on President Donald Trump to end the drawdown of U.S. forces from the area and rescind an invitation for Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to visit the White House.
Now that we got out, most of the Middle East is happier and our expenses have dropped.   Turkey does not want us around anymore, they got burned badly with the Hillary plot. Assad is here to stay.

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey will not resume its offensive against Kurdish Syrian fighters in northeast Syria, the country’s defense ministry signaled on Wednesday, following separate agreements reached with the U.S. and Russia.
The ministry said the U.S. had announced that the Syrian Kurdish fighters had completed their pullout from areas Turkey invaded earlier this month, as a five-day cease-fire allowing for the withdrawal expired Tuesday night.
The statement came the morning after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a separate deal for their forces to jointly patrol almost the entire northeastern Syrian border after the Kurdish withdrawal.
Hillary's mess is now cleaned up.  And Turkey should exit NATO.  I have it right, McConnell is a dim bulb on this.
