Revenue sharing works better thanearmarks

Frontline members lean in on earmarks

I am not sure one what criteria did Pelosi push earmarks.  She had already rejected revenue sharing in a early meeting a year ago.

This might be a rebellion in the Swamp against state capitals, but I am sure even California would prefer the cash to a bunch of idiosyncratic projects. Nor can I even justify New York or Texas not wanting the cash.  It just seems to me the governors missed something here since they are in constant battles over the tax base anyway, why did they not conclude that revenue sharing was a great way to share the tax base?

Something seems fishy and i smell a rat.
