I am not complaining, actually. But calling it infrastructure is part of the general war on cash.
The Swamp seems to be attacking pure liquidity in every venue, as if they want to eliminate the very dollar concept. Bu that is fine, with technology we can create niche money as needed, and the Senate did just that, created a niche money, earmarks, to obtain liquidity.
