Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota; not doing well.
South Dakota is a bit surprising in the blue.
But Mississippi and Louisiana fail with large black population.
But one thing is for sure, the states with the dumbest Lt Governors is led by Texas.
