Tehran says it is preparing to house Afghans fleeing country with accommodation in three border provinces
These refugee camps become insurgent militia centers. The Afghan civil wars will resume shortly.
North, center and west; all the tribes don;t like Talibunnies. They all have safe sanctuaries. And none of the adjacent nations like Pakistan, the talibunny sponsor. Afghanistan is not, never was and will revert to tribal boundaries.
