It is clear that Afghan has no government cohesion, never did. The Yanks should have led the exit as soon as we killed the islamnut. Now we have a mess, and nothing can prevent the mess. The default status quo in Afghanistan is tribal civil war.
Western powers, and China, always get this nation building crap wrong in Islamo land. Islamics in their various varieties are always tribal. Vietnam makes a nation, even Korea has a possible national outcome. But central Asia or the middle east, forget about it.
