The elites like dollars, and they assign food stamps to the poor. Snap and dollars are two different currencies. Dollars can be accumulated and earn interest. Dollars are tradeable. Dollar can be had for labor, mostly cash labor around these parts. To get food stamps we have to go mining at the welfare office once a month. We can only use them in certain stores, but we still trade them for dollars around these parts.
Is it a good idea to have this dysfunctional currency for the poor? No, they do not learn to trade properly and fall back. The Orwellians at the New York Times do not want you to hear this, this is illegal talk. We have a dysfunctional food stamp currency because of collusion between small state farmers and New York liberals; and this thing was born in the skewed up Senate.
Deshacerse de estampillas para comida y darle dinero a los pobres.
