Government reform seems robotic

You know, assume transaction costs zero and look for congestion. Better visibility means distributed property up and down the 'accounting' tree. So, almost mathematically we can see the need for senators to do intelligent bidding, we make a pit. Sandbox stuff. It is also Google AI method, be we got price. Sandbox nails a whole bunch of problems.

But, imagine an artificial intelligence, made of doing this all the time, everywhere we click. It can solve that, so it likely can do  good job on account management. Get a Watson. It has one function. Get cash from government efficiency and send it straight to state capitals.  Some bonehead from Vermont can see the scale problems, and solutions, like a optimization game. We can eliminate the 80 year old geriatrics running around preaching philosophy. Elect the kid that learnt Watson that stuff.
