The fuel load should be about the same, and it burns off in both pre and post industrial climes. So our environmentalists out here need some basic math, where is the new fuel coming from? It is not, then the solution is burning off the fuel more often in smaller amounts. Or trimming.
Otherwise suffer erratic fires as you choose, leave global warming out of this. Heat trend will have little to do with it.
Trump traveled to Northern California to be briefed by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom and other state and federal officials. At one point, state Natural Resources Agency Secretary Wade Crowfoot urged the president to “recognize the changing climate and what it means to our forests.”
“If we ignore that science and sort of put our head in the sand and think it’s all about vegetation management, we’re not going to succeed together protecting Californians,” Crowfoot added.
This idiot might want o quote a scientist. Why would global warming add more fuel to the fire? I am waiting to hear this science.
