Hidden 4D Markov

Take the standard S/L. I works because inter ledger transfers are assumed simple, they are not. We keep a scofflaw queue in the S/L. The price of managing 'fails to deliver' ex post.  The trader pays a deposit insurance, recovered on exit. But scofflaw detract from that, interest pays on that. So it is in essence a third color, and the pit boss is working the (1,x,y,z) on the 4 tuple tree.  Scofflaw is rare, and recovery of fees simplified because this is personal, secure ID with live thumb print. And due to Spectre, the scofflaws can only cheat on entry or exit, cancel a fee and spoof the manager bot.

Spectre, by the way, is a network, logical concept. It applies to all trades in the sandbox, they are always under spectre control, when trades are  not on ledger. Spectre means 'hot wallet', sandbox wants a network of pits operating as 'hot wallets' internal to active trading bots.

So, in conclusion, we will be running automated banks along the (1,y,z) link in the 3 tuples. The x,y will be organized as structured queues by the pit boss, who then balances binomials.
