My hometown, in the news

The creek fire around the mountains east set a record. Largest wild fire plume in history, the biggest smoke hurricane.  I heard scuttle butt, there was periods of global cooling, slowed the fire a bit.   I can testify to a sudden drop in temperature, maybe five degrees, after days of smoky skies. Walking around it would be apparent, he heat on the body way down from just a few days ago, yet no change in weather.
