The liar governor should know that we see them as liars. If they do not know that part, then they seem to us quite dumb. In the reductionism of it all, these two governors have to be considered idiots. How can we see it any other way?
They will be dumb, in general. So when the reset and repeat comes along, we do not have the core of the governance, the state governors. Everyone is frigged, but especially the small and medium states, they will be totally screwed. Either low room temperature, or get brains.
