Impedance, right angles and quant size

Look at Maxwell equations. What happens if the to 'fields' had the same quantization level? The rate of change of one to the other would be zero! We get nothing but static, no movement. The impedance of free space in EM waves is 377, the rate of change of E to M, and that is determined by quantization levels. Quantization levels must also, thus, be related  to the angle, defined as a right angle in this world. In other words, there is some fixed relationship between the curvature of waves and the relative straightness of the two quantization levels. We can only generate EM wave from atomic structures, we have little experimental methods to change the quantization levels. When the electro dumps a large quant of phase at the wave front, it starts down the pauli path immediately, then bulges a bit, because of the different quant sizes.

Hmm....
