It is cheap, can work fine in the right areas.
Better than dying in the gutter. Accept the dispossessed, some of us don't fit in urban life, or otherwise prefer the alternative of camptown. The no car, pedestrian life, mess tent food but lots of tiny markets in the square. Carve out a tent corner, a space, love the life. come and go as you please.
