Fresno has a meth task force!

The Fresno Methamphetamine Task Force (FMTF) is a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Initiative in the Central Valley, consisting of law enforcement personnel from various federal, state and local agencies. The unit's primary mission is to dismantle Drug Trafficking Organizations and Drug Cartels operating in the Central Valley.
I suggested this just blindly, but the idea had already caught on.  Here is how the Mexican cartels import the stuff:
Most of the methamphetamine is currently being manufactured in Mexico and then dissolved into liquid form. The dissolved methamphetamine is then placed into containers such as Tequila bottles, water thermoses, and Ice tea containers and transported over the border to various sites in California and other states where it is then converted into methamphetamine ice.
I feel better that we have a task force, but education about the brain lesions is another defense as no one really wants to be zombie.

Also, all parties need to be  aware of potential bribery within the task force.

Here are random news links:

Authorities discover 23 pounds of meth during Fresno County traffic stop

The Central Valley of California is a hub of the nation's methamphetamine ... of the nation's "super labs," controlled by Mexican drug trafficking organizations,
So, I am right, Fresno, Calizuela is a threat to your union back east.  The cartels have militia organizations all over the USA, Mexican and Fresno cartels can destroy the union.
