Not a happy prospect for the politicians taking the bribes, or faking this off as recreational.  It is militia war.  Jerry Brown's beloved Franciscan system destroyed in chemical warfare. Almost enough to turn a libertarian conservative; a demand for a permanent, unyielding defense.

Solution?
Citizen's militia, the local task force

Local education, start by treating the condition as brain injury. The meth addict self administers a small concussion on a daily basis. The opioids  causing similar result lower on the brain stem.

Put up honest task forces in the city to warn, identify potential vulnerable neighborhoods, find the honest cops, keep the politicians aware of bribery convictions, work with Feds. The local task force is our militia, this is a second amendment issue.

Get the lost kids into six week workcamp, get them out of the area as best you can.  Them you have the addicted moms with short lifespan.  I am still working on that one.

Get the truth out  to schools and students. Differentiate and focus on the two killers. Make task force hot lines available, enable neighborhood watch, provide police backup. Find support in local churches. The local task force may deploy weapons keeping complete command and control of their deployment. Get property owners involved.

Treat this militia war as top priority. Make it the Republican platform, say it outloud in Spanish. You will win, California hispanics know this issue and are ready to drop the political correctness.
