As a landlord, small and part time, what I see is kids getting caught, unawares at the party. Next thing you know they are hiding at home, in the bathroom for hours smoking crystal.
Suddenly, unexpectedly, families are dealing with long term brain injury. A hot spot appears, and two or three families wiped out. I can name date, place and instance where some 70 folks had lives destroyed, just noticing events among the renters I have seen. They become incapable of urban life, they wander the streets, sleep in family tool sheds.
Meth is not recreational drug, pot and cocaine are recreational drugs. Explain the difference, quit hiding behind the mental health jobs protection act. Do not put hispanic communities at risk with political correctness.
