Its new product, Coinbase Custody, partners Coinbase with an SEC-regulated broker-dealer for third-party auditing and financial reporting validation. The custodial product offering maintains a high standard of reporting validation that institutional firms require in broker-dealer relationships.

Makes life easier for institutional investor, just call the notary and regulator bless the deal.  The notary works because Coinbase trading system is well layered, connectable. 

But I admit, I love Telegram, that is pure sandbox. That technology will explode, especially the integrated python. U have a hard time seeing anything that stops them.
