A government unfairness

The wealthy get numbered accounts and the average Jane get her stuff out in the open. It is not that risk, it is the liquidity that the wealthy have because they are secretly identified.

Liquidity, it is inhibited by transaction costs, and we bring that down, the average Joe gets instant liquidity, in doses his budgeting allows, and everyone has a budget. Transaction costs trivial, except counterfeit police, and easily solved if the lesser have account limits. No one will bother stealing our stuff for a few hundred.

Average Joe and Jane get another gateway, a bottleneck.  We have the tech, we can satisfy the NSA, if the little guys and gals are robbed of smart card tech, they should arise in rebellion.
