Obama, authoritarian racist

Obama starts a smart city project to get better data.  Naturally he want enough data to implement racist policies, as in the second bullet:

The project includes data on crime, housing prices, after-school programs, and government job listings in cities such as New York and San Francisco. As of the project's launch, it has a dozen tools available to developers, including:

• An app that assists families in find housing close to quality public schools. 
• The National Equity Atlas, which offers data on racial and economic demographics
• A tool to locate affordable housing
• A tool that rates different localities based on their public transit accessibility

Racist policies, always and forever part of Dem policy.
