Central bankers getting slightly smarter

Sheila Bair a former Fed board official spouts on digital fiat.

I notice the central banker have figured out what crypto means and does not mean. In the last two opinions coming from central bankers I discovered they have figured out that what a bearer asse is. Otherwise, digital systems do not make central banks safer. Central banks are safe when central bankers understand how S&L trading pits work.
