Skater

Doing stunts on the skateboard.  I know someone who knows, etc,.. a lot of those kids, up to mid 20s, on the bad stuff, really already lost, need workcamp.  The county is pushing them out, the new ethnic group don't do that much hard stuff. The ones getting pushed out? White, hispanic. Somehow the word didn't get passed to these kids.
