Telegram offers some code enforcement, bot creators get do-re-me. All this is targeted at, us, the beneficiaries of the open swap system. We learn how and what is connected, like deliveries and goodies, most importantly. Clients learn about prequals, and the products have prequal ratings. This learning via target ads.
My preference here, keep the targeted ads, let the Telegram creators get a fee on that, but basic swap net services are free (routing, key management, code validation).
