The debt cartel did good enough, let us return a third of that back to government in return for our 15 year New Fed contract. The we can do a white noise ten year, small variance, but fun, and we gear up for contract renewal in 15 years. Government gets its share, by contract, align seigniorage and monopoly fees to transact half as often as the generations multiply. The kids will adjust budgets on 15 year periods, and overlap with mom and dad on the 30 year basis.
