The Walmart shooting and the Second is the real deal

Walmart has a named right to a private, regulated militia inside the store, ready to call the public militia.  Walmart can exercise its right, via the court. This is really an unfair denial of a right to regulated militia. Unfair for Walmart and customers, there are plenty of victims. Walmart cannot be expected to deploy assault weapons defense. Texas Law did this, just like California law caused those forest fires. The difference is criminal, a state withholding a fundamental right.

Who is at fault? The Texas legislature, the NRA and the whole cahoot of them down their, name them in a lawsuit, include Rick Scott.

This is states rights vs fundamentals, fundamentals should win,  right to regulated militia is specifically named in the fundamentals and cannot be denied.  If Texans need to deploy an assault weapon, then check with the local authorities before a shoot out, and make sure the assault rifle used is under regulated militia command and control. If not, then the Texas legislature and the NRA and Rick Scott can fork over a few billion for the victim families.
