The inequality

It is mostly about unfair central banking, the ability to apply the emergency tax.

From any Constitution point that looks a lot like taxation without representation, legislatures are not uniform but are representative samples. Legislation is an over the counter pricing market, extremely distorted. It cannot be flat earthed.

We we know legislators well enough to improve them a bit, and we have improved the taxation process in that past. We just need more dot connecting and less Godoting. Do the partition, find the congestion, install the pit. You get more sustainable partitions, raise economies of scale one notch.
