Governors with an IQ above room temperature

The Hill's Coronavirus Report: The Hill's Reid Wilson says political winners are governors who listened to scientists and public health experts; 12 states record new highs for seven-day case averages

The current governors of small states have little clue nor do their voters.  we should make is a secondary priority, after covid, to locate six small states governors with some brains.

Until we do, the government structure will collapse. It is the fatal error in the system. Some states have such a small population the likelihood of finding a good governor is slim. Hence we can never get enough intelligent mass to restart the economy. The result will be a severely turbulent default, a catastrophe.
