Our shock troops

The antificants need target these small state governors. Have Nancy follow up with a lucrative deal, say 3 billion per state capital. The small state governors, in turn, become shock troops in the senate.  When the senate goes all Godot and crap, these governors raise hell and threaten the careers of senators, all of them. It is all about collective punishment and reward, in the senate and in the state capitals.

Numbers look good. We need the senators to squeeze 5% in efficiency on government flow, a reduction in probability of overflow. Then the governors have their nut, their 3 billion/yr.  But the governors have to cover the backs of the senators who are doing this, nose to the grindstone stuff. Governors support them when they bring home cash. Senotors od not have to worry the Godots, the bernies, Ray moore shit.
