The Federal Courts Are Overworked and Need to Be Expanded
All this does is give the court packing crowd more legal queues to install. The best bet is to figure out the hidden model to effective legislation. Not something National Review socialist are likely to figure out.
Cut back on the federal court system, make them inconsequential, unavailable. This then forces the rest of us to think clearly about how this government works rather then doing the stupid red/blue thing.
