There is no need for a master stock ledger, corporations keep track of their own stock and fiat bankers keep track of cash balances.

Instead of a two day clearing through this maize, why not a simpler provable contract that clears trades within an hour?

Where are the Eth2.0 coders on this? This is a simple two party  exchange. The honest bot clears the cash account with the fiat, then it clears the stock account with the corporation issuing the stock. It makes the trade, within one hour, or we get a stable exit.

The central ledger is strictly a socialist give away to Wall Street bankers whom want first access to data and a period to front run the trader.  This is complete socialist bull shit and where are my damn Eth2.0 coders!!! Fix this immediately, and corporation which does not want to clear  is declared bogus and their stock should be dumped.

This is the kind of horse shit that allow super wealthy to relax and make huge gains on the back of poor people.
