I have often said, recently, the central bank and Wall Street are up against the hard wall of new technology. I would not call it a shock, it is something they knew was coming. It just arrived a bit irreguar is all.
I did not always say this, i said it more often when I looked again at distributed finance. I got a slight shock that they are figuring all this out, in reality a bit sooner.
