Kamala wants to short circuit a process that is hard bound. She cannot really go around Manchin as Manchkin was already elected fair and square. Ksamala is still an affirmative action appointee. Further, she is the appointee who lost eight seats in the House and failed to secure the Senate except that Trump threw the Georgia elections.
