Organized groups who carry AR15s and sell their services in he USA, generally for operations abroad. But they also take their AR15s to private security events in the USA.
They are a well regulated militia, these folks are often hired by the federales, in fact. The well regulated clause is implicit in the state relationship with the private sector, from private detectives and homeowners having concealed weapons permit to gun clubs where owners of AR15s can practice with their AR15s safely.
My claim is that 'well regulated militia' was there and used since the inception, and strongly implied in the literal meaning, which makes sense. It is commonly accepted in culture when the private detective is supposed to be a good guy working with police. It is a case the Supremes would have a hard time denying.
But it has one great big advantage, the mentally ill are not an organized militia and cannot be by definition, so we stop the Republicans from mass shootings at high schools.
