I had the better lawsuit

I wanted the mayor to take his case directly, as a citizen denied rights, through the federal appellate, leave the unions out of it.

If the mayor was a party to the current attempt at expedited hearing  then he may have sullied his real case. The central damage was to the voters of San Diego, not the mayor; and by being a party to the current request, he has admitted to evidence unfavorable to personal damages.

But as mayor, he at least deserves the same free assembly rights as Citizen's United, he is at least human. That was first, best shot. Some posts back I got wind of the idea they had, and thought it wrong then; I was right. Consult my blog before any national case, always.
