Biofuel have a third of the conversion efficiency as solar, and both are worse than wind. But biofuel uses no lithium piles, never has to carry lithium batteries, but it is pumped and shipped like normal liquid fuel.

AN energy subsidized biofuel reactor, of various designs, collocated with the wind or solar; or otherwise tuned to the electric power cycles. No lithium costs.
