California's Brown Says Cities on Their Own as Pension Tab Rises

Wishful thinking. 

The cities are bound by the Dills Act, they cannot consider alternatives to the current union contract.  When payments are unsustainable, it is Jerry and the Dills act that is politically responsible, and the legislatures know they will bail out the unions.

Wishful thinking Jerry, but we are screwed.
