Federal government denying basic rights

“Federal law prohibits the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from creating an electronic, accessible database of gun records – but U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson says he has a fix for that.
The  Second demands 'Well regulated..' it is a right, not an option.  Maybe the ATF does not need to keep records, but for Congress to deny the executive the right to "well regulated..'' in the Second, well that is unconstitutional.  Hence, this is cause for  disunion, we really do not need a bunch of rural hicks trying to understand constitutional law.
