Same idea as containers. The difference; universal interfaces and symbol table front ends greatly simplify the deployment of decentralized snippets. Add in the commons and the snippets can adapt to each other. Then with universal interface, snippets can be loaded in a single 64 bit address space. I have this nailed, I just followed Moore's law to is current termination point.
