Sandbox will Wienerize it

Goodhart's law is an adage named after economist Charles Goodhart, which has been phrased by Marilyn Strathern as "When a measure becomes a target, it ceases to be a good measure."
The measure still works and shares its uncertainty fairly on measurements. It becomes Brownian motion or derivatives thereof.  True, at least for us sphere packers.
